Our History

Established in 2004, Fortuna and Associates started out in Mortgage Processing and Licensing Escrow.

In 2015, We became a full service Real Estate Brokerage in the State of Michigan and adopted the name of FORTUNA REALTORS.

We have 30 agents in Macomb, Oakland, Genesee and Wayne Counties and our team is growing.

Our Agents work in their own business environment or virtual with all of the best tools, resources and mentorship available, to help them succeed.

Our Number One Goal as a Brokerage is to serve our Agents. Our brokers are on call to mentor, strategize, assist and serve the Agents with networking, business relationships, client service and successful transactions. Agent Relationships with both business partners and clients are held sacred and protected by the Brokerage.

Not Just Any Broker

Our Principal Broker is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS 161819) and a continuing education course provider for both real estate and mortgage professionals. Joe also has extensive experience in sales training and great relationships and business partnerships from years of providing these services. He doesn't just manage remotely, Joe is in the field, working with the agents, meeting with business partners, facilitating transactions and Covering for Agents as a true Partner. Our Agents are able to leverage the training, networking and shared referrals to build their own business.
